Meet the Owner

Michael Payne

Michael got his start in the countertop business in 2015 at Granite Source after 10 years as a service advisor in the automotive industry. In his time at Granite Source he was a major source of procuring the top home builders as customers for Granite Source and helped them become one of the top fabrication shops in the Richmond area. Here Michael led the sales team and really began to cultivate his desire to lead an organization as more than just a manager. Michael is married with 3 kids, 1 girl and 2 boys, and if you can't find him at work he is probably on a sports field with his kids or in the woods hunting.
